the world is in peace.

World peace begins

with inner peace."

Human beings

consist of body and mind.

The mind is a form

of energy,

Which controls

and sends signal to the brain,

enable us to think, speak and act

in either good or bad fashion.

The function of the mind is,

"to see, to remember,

to think

and to know".

We must not confuse

the "mind" with the "brain".

They are two

different entities.

The brain

has a solid physical form

of fresh and blood

and is located inside the skull.

Although not visible to the human eye,

the mind also has a form,

but an intangible one,

much like electricity or magnetic energy.

The mind is the origin of all actions,

good or bad. It is the quality of the mind,

or the lack thereof,

that make us good or bad.

We need to nurture

and control the mind

so it can't

control us.

In its natural state,when the mind

is completely still, the mind is pure

and perfect, free of any mental

contaminants known as defilements.

It is in this state that

the mind functions

at 
maximum potential.

But the mind
is always restless and never still.
It jumps quickly
from one thought to another.

A mind that is restless
is like stirred water
sullied by impurities,
losing its clear-seeing quality.

Mental impurities
cloud our mind
like
dirt clouds water.

It is hard
to see
with
a clouded mind.

Meditation is a process
that stabilizes and purifies the mind,
restoring it 
to its natural state of clarity.

DEATH FISH (ปลาตาย):: Life is traveling, up or down, up against impurity and down along sensual desire.

Life is traveling,

up or down,

up against impurity and 

down along sensual desire.

Alive fish swims

against stream,

but,

death fish flowing along.

Almost people

flow along stream of mass,

unconsciously,

 to the sea of suffering.

  Swimming up stream,

means only along

the Middle Path,
otherwise, being illusionary.

The absolute Middle Path,

runs through the Seventh Base,

 to the destination,

the Triple Gems.

Creatures hang around 31 realms,
non stop traveling,
repetitiously, so long
long time, unimaginably.

On the happy realms,
the heaven and Brahma realm,
the realm of entertaining,
being still
not realizing real life.

Human world only,
could cultivate merit,
but so short period,
is as a sparkle of fire wood.

The awaring of life
and believing in,
is so great,
the unimaginable person.

ENDURANCE ความอดทน:: Endurance, the greatest virtue, Lord Buddha said, behinds only wisdom.

Endurance,

the greatest virtue,
Lord Buddha said,
 behinds only wisdom.

The ideology of
propagation Dharma,
endurance
is set to lead.

Along the Middle Path,
difficulties
are
unavoidable.

Endurance
comes in duty,
to eradicate
the seed of difficulty, impurities.

Endurance means
staying still, calmly, softly,
non-fighting, non-escaping
and doing merit continuously.

Meditation is the core
of endurance
and
wisdom.

Staying in group,
like a sheep flock,
could be save from
foxes.

The Endurance Perfection
of group, is so great, unimaginably,
could protect group 
from any difficulties.

So, unity is power,
only with endurance,
bringing real peace to,
group, community, and the world.

The good example,
Thai boys soccer team
and their coach were
successfully rescued from a cave.
