SELF ENCOURAGEMENT (the most) :: Vehicle, fuel needed, person need encouragement.

SELF ENCOURAGEMENT
(the most)

Vehicle,

fuel needed,

 person need

encouragement.

Without fuel,

vehicle not run.
Person not fun,

without encouragement.

.

Ordinary one seeks

the external.

Internal or self
 encouragement, is the most

easier and better,

 So much lasting

and so more
cheaper,
tremendously.

 Only stop thinking
inside,
at body center,

everyday regularly,

fifteen minute, at least,

 gently and softly.

At mid point,

above navel 2 inches,

is called body center,

 the point of gravity.

Meditation, the technique

of mind traveling,

deepen inside,
through mid point,
of the Middle Path,
the path of merit.

Merit is pure power,
 for brightening the mind,

but
demerit fighting against.

Merit lift up spirit,
out of evil,

to enjoy good thinking/

speaking/doing.

Treat and train
the mind,
to be calm and bright;

meditation brighten it,
directly.

Without sincerity,

self encouragement,
or traveling along
Middle Path,
is impossible.

The path of

Boon/merit/giving

is not common.

It is so hard to believe in

  the power of merit;

sharing is great, the gate of merit.

The internal
Triple Gems,

Dhammakaya,
of encouragement perfected,

is the most goal of life.
