MIND AT EASE
(temper followed up)

The big word for meditating,
is consciousness, means:
temper followed up, by
aware and awake, look and see,
look and like, take and touch,
stop and still.
 Right consciousness
followed by
mind at ease,
comfort and content.
Right consciousness
 is more significant than die.
So, keep saving consciousness
much more than own life.
To be conscious is as
person who pay attention
to family intensely,
not addict to outside,
not a stubborn and deceive one.
As mind is unstable,
could not stay still,
running to seek satisfied,
to escape bored and weary,
as so, struggle going outside.
It's the unconsciousness,
cleverness is shorten,
anxiousness happened,
and sensual desire attached.
So, to be conscious
is so utmost significant
to restore mind from chaos,
not heated, but still inside.
Being conscious is
take and touched.
Take is soft look,
and touched is seeing 
positively.
Take and touch the
temper come into mind,
even any dark or bright,
staying at
take and touch.
Such as: anger, hatred,
slightness, libido
or greed and delusion,
putting the mind
take and touch down.
The mind stays still, contented
and exulted, is
the right way signaled.
Go on taking care of
mind at ease continuously.
The mind developed continuously,
if consciousness is saved,
but so hard to stand against,
because consciousness is impure
of delusion.
Mind at ease is shorten
by sensual desire,
stress and strain,
worrying and annoying,
followed.
Meditating must be set zero,
starting mind at ease again,
again and again,
uncountable time,
don't take off your mind and leave.
The regularity is integral,
otherwise would be prolonged,
as like as wood crushing
to get fire, would nonstop.
Another so significant is
observing in every moment,
looking for tactic of
mind at ease.
Don't to be stubborn of
without mind at ease,
set zero/start new beginning.
Don't afraid to be late,
keeping right techniques first,
experience the second.
Mind at ease is easy,
if we are: generous/
respected/and kind.
So, could not be without
giving/morality/gratitude,
and living with three less
and one much.
