RIGHT MEDITATION (RUNING THROUGH MIDDLE POINT) Life is traveling of the mind. Meditation is the traveling of the mind. So meditation is our life.

RIGHT MEDITATION
(RUNING THROUGH MIDDLE POINT)


 Life is traveling
of the mind.
Meditation is how to travel,
to enlighten Nirvana.

The mind travels
along the Middle Path,
the path of merit,
to escape suffering
from the consequence
of past action.

The right Middle Path
 runs passing through
the middle point
of body only.

The Middle Path,
the inner path,
life sanctuary,
is free from sensual desire,
the cause of sufferings.

Meditation is the mind
to be gentle and soft,
stop and still
clean/clear and bright.

Gentle and soft
is to be generous,
the mind broadened,
the seed of wealth,
sacrifice heeded.

Stop and still
is to be compassionate,
the mind heightened,
the seed of health,
Precepts observe intensified.

Bright is to be
kind/gratitude,
the mind brightened,
the seed of ability/wisdom,
meditating deeply.

Primary meditating
conclusion:
close your eyes
softly and gently first,
and then, relax all over body.

Be cool,
gently and softly,
touch the feeling
and the darkness widely,
until feeling joyful.

Then, imagine the body
clean/clear/hallowed
like glass tube.

Imagine a small soap bubble,
 shine brightly like the sun,
floating in the middle
of body, above
navel two inches.

Listening Mantra
Samma Arahan echoing,
 repeat as many as needed,
the more delicate the mind,
the more inner peace happened.

The soap bubble,
eventually, transform into
as like as star gate
to the inner most Middle Path
leads to the destination,
Nirvana.
