Be brave liked turtle with shell.

Doing good persistently,
the mind bright,
the bully disheartened, look confused
unexpectedly,
kindness happened,
happy to support and protect.

Goodness defeat badness.

Dim and dark melted away when
the mind stays still.
Calm and peace happened is real.
Merit conducted with all heart,
got Para mi the refuge.

Para mi/Perfection, is special merit,
overwhelmed with confidence,
attributing to get close to the one enlightened,
who led to cultivate Para mi,
the way of happiness and success.
Yieldedness endured for
Para mi cultivation.

The utmost life goals are,

attaining Nirvana,

seeking merit,

and creating Para mi/Perfection.

Nirvana attained is integral

for escaping the sufferings of

the four low realms,
the brutal prison could be called.

Of which, being born and reborn

 again and again,
full of dangerous and starvation,
cycling around low realms,
uncountable times is unimaginable.
And, Nirvana is the land of eternity.

To attain Nirvana achieved by

only meditating,

passing through the seventh base,

the middle point.

Otherwise, could not find

the Triple Gems, the goal.

 Seeking merit conducted,

in a temple where

Buddhist monks dwell.

It is the virtuous place,

the holy place.

To create Para mi,

or to transform habit,

must be conducted in a group,

and under instructor advice
otherwise, problems arose.

As so, the temple availed
 is necessary.
There are a lot of temple
and instructors nowadays.
Cleaning and ordering, a tool,
classified to denote respected.
