MIND AT EASE
(THE KEY OF LIFE)

Mind at ease,
is the key of life.
Mind treated is self treating.
Mind treated is protecting mind
running around, carelessly.
When mind at ease,
body is at relaxed,
so easy to be pretty and rich.
When mind at ease and proud,
empowered of property attracted,
and secured.
Mind at really ease,
 focused inward, inside body,
but, people not used to,
likely as fish got used to
live in water comfortably.
Regular emotion cut,
by being still,
in doing so,
 could escape suffering,
and the mind is tranquil as Nirvana.
Tranquil mind,
the gate of Middle Path,
the path of fulfillment,
the path of properties
entrenched tightly.
This tranquil mind, naturally,
properties flow in.
Tranquil mind,
must keep regularly observed,
 continuously.
If observed with working,
would be so good,
 no tire, no inert, no carelessness.
At the time meditating,
 mind is ready to still,
being tranquil fleshly and clearly.
Only focusing and touching slightly,
Dhamma attained is at hand.
Unease mind shuts down
 Dhamma attainment,
because of strain and distraction,
which are the life problems.
Mind at ease is
the most essence,
practitioner must be recognized,
otherwise, die free.
Be known clearly about,
awake/at ease/regular/ and observe.
