MEDITATION
(NOT CONCENTRATION)

Meditation is the concentration in the body
especially at the middle point,
the point at two inches
above the middle of the cross of two thread
at the navel level,
which is called the seventh base.

Only passing through Dhamma sphere at this point,
could reach the Triple Gems, Dhammakaya,
the crystal body,
the body of enlightened one, Buddha,
and Nirvana in sight.

There are two worlds of life,
inner and outer.
The outer world, the world of Samsara,
the world of desire, getting, suffering,
are in the law of Karma and Trinity.
The inner world, the world of merit, giving, happiness.

The purpose of meditation is to stop the mind.
Stop is the success, the word of Loung Pu,
the most venerable
who discovered Vijja Dhammakaya,
after distinct, 500 year after Buddha nirvana.

Meditation is the practice to stop the mind.
The key words are:
realize, relax, regular and remark.
REALIZE
any phenomenon happening inside,
even dark or bright,
not underestimate, not look just see at large.

RELAX all parts of body until feeling comfortable,
thorough breathing.
REGULAR practice, set into your daily life.
Practice and practice, even in every manner,
eating, excreting, bathing, driving, working,...ฯ

REMARK, observe and remember for
improving the practice.
The mind stop, the brightness and happiness comes
and the feeling of kindness appears.
The fulfillment of both oneself and others is perfected.

So, meditation is so integral of living.
Wisdom, the utmost of virtue, happened.
All qualities of human perfected,
is as Lord Buddha.

GENEROSITY (THE GATE OF HAPPINESS) Recollection, relaxation, regularity and remark is the key words of meditation.

 GENEROSITY
(THE GATE OF HAPPINESS)

Recollection, relaxation, regularity and remark
is the key words of meditation.
Recollection is the first step,
to bring back the mind into the body,
especially at the center of the body,
the center of gravity.

Relaxation is the second step,
to calm the mind,
the state of the mind
free from tension and anxiety.

Regularity is the third step,
to calm the mind consistently.
Remark is the fourth step, the most important,
to notice and learn after
experiencing the meditation.

The people mind is normally
roaming outside the body, the world.
due to the Law of Karma and
the Law of Trinity/Trilug.

In nature, there are two currents,
related to life.
That is the current of worldly passion and Dharma,
or the current of sin and merit,
or the devil's current and the monk's current,
or the current of defilements and merit.

Almost people fell into the first stream,
in the vicious cycle of defilement-action-retribution,
which, after death, will dive into  the abyss
which is suffering more than people
can imagine and will circulate
in that wickedness can't count the time,
and it's almost impossible to be born
as a human again.
There are very few who are in the merit stream.
The stream of happiness, of success,
of wealth, of victory,
of accessing the Triple Gem
or Phra Dhammakaya.

These two currents,
it is similar to the two crossroads,
suffering and happiness,
devil and monk, hell and heaven.
There are the gate of crossroads,
that is giving- being generous,
otherwise go to the bad road.

The life is the traveling along
the happy path, the Middle Path,
the path of giving-being generous, which is
only person who could teach himself,
only believers in Buddhism.
Or the person who have practiced meditation
a lot in the past life,
therefore able to teach oneself.
Or having merit in common with great virtuous person.
