MEDITATION
(NOT CONCENTRATION)
Meditation is the concentration in the body
especially at the middle point,
the point at two inches
above the middle of the cross of two thread
at the navel level,
which is called the seventh base.
Only passing through Dhamma sphere at this point,
could reach the Triple Gems, Dhammakaya,
the crystal body,
the body of enlightened one, Buddha,
and Nirvana in sight.
There are two worlds of life,
inner and outer.
The outer world, the world of Samsara,
the world of desire, getting, suffering,
are in the law of Karma and Trinity.
The inner world, the world of merit, giving, happiness.
The purpose of meditation is to stop the mind.
Stop is the success, the word of Loung Pu,
the most venerable
who discovered Vijja Dhammakaya,
after distinct, 500 year after Buddha nirvana.
Meditation is the practice to stop the mind.
The key words are:
realize, relax, regular and remark.
REALIZE any phenomenon happening inside,
even dark or bright,
not underestimate, not look just see at large.
RELAX all parts of body until feeling comfortable,
thorough breathing.
REGULAR practice, set into your daily life.
Practice and practice, even in every manner,
eating, excreting, bathing, driving, working,...ฯ
REMARK, observe and remember for
improving the practice.
The mind stop, the brightness and happiness comes
and the feeling of kindness appears.
The fulfillment of both oneself and others is perfected.
So, meditation is so integral of living.
Wisdom, the utmost of virtue, happened.
All qualities of human perfected,
is as Lord Buddha.
