STOP AND STILL (can achieve anything) :: To stop and to be still the mind depends on our own attentiveness or laziness.

STOP AND STILL
(can achieve anything)

To stop and
to be still the mind,
depends on
our own
attentiveness or laziness.

It depends on us.
If we are willing to
put in the effort,
then we can obtain stillness.

If we are not willing
to put in the effort,
then we cannot
obtain stillness.
We design our own destiny.

To forgive oneself
or others
help our mind become
stopped, still, and joyous,
and is a good foundation
for meditation.

While the mind
that is clear and ease,
we can
achieve anything.

If our mind is at
7th base
(the center of the body)
any thing can be achieved.

STOPPED MIND (happiness and success) :: Today we meditate to maintain stillness for five minute. Tomorrow, we meditate again.

STOPPED MIND
(happiness and success)

Today we meditate
to maintain stillness
for five minute.
Tomorrow, we meditate again.

If tomorrow
our experience
is worth than today,
we ignore it.

If tomorrow
our experience
is better than today,
we also ignore it.

Regardless of
our condition,
we keep practicing.
This is the way to perfection.

Stopping the mind
is the key to success,
in order to obtain
Dhammakaya within,

The mind must be stopped.
Otherwise,
the inner experience
cannot be observed.

Stop thinking,
stop talking,
stop doing everything,
as if we gain nothing,

Only be still,
calm, and comfortable.
Then we can embrace
our inner experience,
which is the purpose
of our life.

TRUE SELF (ตนแท้):: To be able to know our true self,

TRUE SELF
(ตนแท้)

To be able
to know
our
true self,

We have to
let the mind
to
neutral.

This derives from
stillness;
away from
a generic frame
of thought or idea,

Away from
what we have been told,
away from
what we have heard of,

Away from
all study
and
hypothesis.

Once it is detached
and free from anything,
it will become
its own master.

If we can achieve
neutrality,
we will get to know
our own true selves;
the real you and me.

MEDITATION สมาธิ:: What is meditation? The mind can be compared to an ocean,

MEDITATION
สมาธิ

What is meditation?
The mind can be
compared to
an ocean,
And momentary mental events
such as happiness, irritation, fantasies,
and boredom can be compared to the waves
that rise and fall on the ocean's surface.
Just as the waves
can subside
to reveal the stillness
of the ocean's depths,
So too
is it possible to calm
the turbulence of our mind
to reveal its natural clarity.
The ability to do this
within the mind itself
and the key to the mind
is meditation.
Meditation
is a means
of mental development
and cultivation.
It is through meditation
that our mind
is trained,
refined perfected.
Meditation can be practiced
by a layperson
for the benefit
of happy life,
As well as
by a monastic
for the attainment of
liberation.
Meditation is universal.
It is not only
for Buddhists,
but for people of all faith.
At its core, meditation is about
touching the spiritual essence,
or the seed of enlightenment,
that exists within us all.
This spiritual essence
is not something that we create
through meditation;
it is already there, deep within.
Behind all the barriers,
patiently waiting for us
to
recognize it.
One does not have
to be religious
or even interested in religion
to find value in it.
Becoming more aware
of your"self"
and realizing your spiritual nature
is something that transcends religion.
Anyone who has explored meditation
knows that it is simply a path
that leads to a new, more expansive
way of seeing the world around us.
