REFUGE  SOUGHT
(hurry before a danger attacking)

We must seek refuge strenuously

for life safety.

Don't work and work only,

Don't wait for a bad day,

the dangerous day.

Be hurry to build a refuge,

before a danger attacking.

And what is the best refuge?

Being conscious, consider and realize,

and hurry in action before being late.

Life is dangerous, don't be careless.

Only goodness is the real refuge.

Any other is fake.

Goodness is the same as a tree planting,

needed to take care of persistently.

Not planting for play but for living,

which needed sincerity.

Goodness is the refuge,

be realized profoundly until being afraid of

and being shy away of badness conducted
 causing the refuge damaged.

Or as the words, bad conducted
is equal to self-harming.
Their wealth overwhelmed
but unusable of polluted with hazards.
Their life staggered and tottered,
ended sadly.

To support life are
think good speak good and do good.
Be patient at the utmost,
by keeping the mind inside.
Realize and realize inside the body,
is the supreme person,
exulted as the angel on earth.

Be patient, endure and
confident in goodness,
and believe in the rain paused
and then the sky clear after,
 abstain from the sour to get the sweet forever.
Not being gullible to save goodness.

Four kinds of problems
must be realized and defeated,
firstly, forbearance is to defeat hardship,
bad weather. bad condition,

Secondly, patience is to defeat body pain.
It's normal to get sick.
Be patience means keeping the mind
clean clear and bright, the time
to transform life unimaginably.

Thirdly, tolerance
is to defeat anger.
Anger is as fire,
goodness burnt completely.

And fourthly, endurance
is to defeat sensual desire.
Amusement refrained is so hard.
Four ways and six ways ruin,
all caused by defilement.

Goodness frequently conducted,
become a habit,
happy and adorable
by both humans and diety.
 people followed to take care,
life is fulfilled and joyful in all respect.

SAFETY ปลอดภัย:: Safety is needed for everyone, for every creature, otherwise suffering unavoidable.

Safety is needed

for everyone,

for every creature,

otherwise suffering unavoidable.

Safety means

success

and

happiness.

Success and happiness

do not

happen

by chance.

It depends on

the refuge,

of which

every creature pursuing.

There are two types

of the refuge,

the outer

and the inner.

The outer refuge,

  wealthy, power, compliment

and entertainment,

most people need it.

The outer refuge,

is temporary,

could not follow us

after death.

The outer refuge is,

the trap of Mara,

harmful to ourselves and others,

as like bomb.

The inner refuge,

unimaginable,

are our habits, self-reliance,
eternal success and happiness.

There are

three major habits,

generosity, compassion

and kindness.

So, giving, forgiving

and forgetting,

are

indispensable.

They are the Middle Path,

the path of eternal safety,
success and happiness,
starting at the seventh base.

The best refuge

isn't anything else,

but, our habits.

Don't waste time looking outward.

The outside,

only temporary refuge,

not materialize,

could not follow us after death.

Habits is as like as,
mother following her baby,
in every pace, to protect,
with all her heart.

Or, habits is as like as
our shadow,
following us
inseparably.

Habits, the best refuge,
but, out of interesting,
is as grasses
at cow-pen door.

Three major habits,
are
generosity, compassion
and kindness.

They are
the state of mind,
soft/gentle, clean/clear
and bright.

Giving to be generous,
observing precepts to be
compassionate,
and meditating to be kind,

Habits are perfections,
pursuing Boon to create
perfection,
doing Barb to create Kilesa/defilement.

So, doing merit,
 helping others,
is to build
ourselves refuge.

The Middle Path,
the path of saving,
in which
the Triple Gems dwells.

There is no need

to worry about others

if you can't

even save yourselves.

If we can't

save ourselves

and don't have a firm grip

on our own refuge,

Then may be

we are not

good enough

to save others.

 We, ourselves,

may be

vulnerable

to Mara.

Now that

we have

found

Buddhism,

Now that

we have found

the most important

and beneficial knowledge,

What are we

still

waiting

for?

Why we

are not

reaping

the benefits?

Are we

going to wait

until

we are too old?

Dhamma

your

refuge.

I see

all

the way

through.

I see

clearly that,

out of everything

in the world,

and beyond--

physical,

natural

and spiritual--

no one

can

help me

but me.

Who else

can relieve

my

suffering?

No one

can

except

me.

That's why 

I try

to help myself

all the time.

I

find ways

to help

my self.

I

rely

on

myself.

I

rely

on

my Dhamma.

I managed

to survive everything

because I have Dhamma

as my refuge.
