MIND AT EASE

(THE KEY OF LIFE)

Mind at ease,

is the key of life.

Mind treated is self treating.

Mind treated is protecting mind

running around, carelessly.

When mind at ease,

body is at relaxed,

so easy to be pretty and rich.

When mind at ease and proud,

empowered of property attracted,

and secured.

Mind at really ease,

 focused inward, inside body,

but, people not used to,

likely as fish got used to
live in water comfortably.

Regular emotion cut,

by being still,

in doing so,

 could escape suffering,

and the mind is tranquil as Nirvana.

Tranquil mind,

the gate of Middle Path,

the path of fulfillment,

the path of properties

entrenched tightly.

This tranquil mind, naturally,

properties flow in.

Tranquil mind,

must keep regularly observed,

 continuously.

If observed with working,

would be so good,

 no tire, no inert, no carelessness.

At the time meditating,

 mind is ready to still,

being tranquil fleshly and clearly.

Only focusing and touching slightly,

Dhamma attained is at hand.

Unease mind shuts down

 Dhamma attainment,

because of strain and distraction,

which are the life problems.

Mind at ease is

the most essence,

practitioner must be recognized,

otherwise, die free.

Be known clearly about,

awake/at ease/regular/ and observe.

พุทธทำนาย เรื่องวัวตัวผู้๔ตัวล่ำสัน

สีดอกอัญชัญ คล้ายจะวิ่งชนกัน
แต่กลับหลังหัน

ชนกันไม่เกิด กลับเตลิดหนี

พุทธทำนาย ว่าไว้

เมฆใหญ่ จะมา

แสร้งทำดูดี ตั้งท่า

แต่ทว่า ฝนไม่ตก

ฟ้าฝนแห้งแล้ง

ดินแตกระแหง เหมือนโคก

มหาชนตั้งตารอ ขอให้ฝนตก

เมฆกลับเล่นตลก ไม่ตกเฉย

พุทธทำนาย เรื่องต้นไม้น้อย

แต่ห้อย ให้ผล

แปลกเหลือล้น

กุมารีน้อยซุกซน ล้นกามา

สมสู่กัน แม้ยังไม่ทันเดียงสา

จะถูกฆ่า เมื่อปรากฎว่า มีครรภ์

สุดชั่วช้า สามานย์

เมื่อกาลนั้นมาถึง

พุทธทำนาย เรื่องวัวตัวใหญ่

ไล่ดูดนม ลูกน้อย

ผู้หลักผู้ใหญ่ ไม่ประสา ได้แต่คอย

ให้ลูกน้อยหาเลี้ยง

 ต่อไปภายหน้า

จะนำโคน้อยมา เทียมเกวียน

บ้านเมืองจะหันเหียน

เพี้ยนไป ไม่สนใจคนเก่ง

พุทธทำนาย  เรื่องม้าสองหัว

ปากสองปาก ยากจะอิ่ม

ผู้ตัดสินความทำนิ่ม

ลิ้มค่าจ้าง ทั้งสองข้าง สบาย

 พุทธทำนาย เรื่องมีคนนำถาดทองคำ

มูลค่าล้ำ มหาศาล

ประหลาดล้ำ นำถาดนั้น

ช่างน่าขัน ใส่ขี้ และฉี่สุนักจิ้งจอก

ต่อไปภายหน้า

พระธรรมคำสอน จะถูกลอก

เหลือไว้แต่ของหลอกๆ

ไม่มีค่าดอก ของศาสนาอื่น

หลายสิ่งหลายอย่าง
ต่างก็ได้เห็นแล้ว ในยุคนี้
แสดงว่าใกล้เต็มที
เข้าสู่ถิ่นที่ กาขาว

ใจสบาย กุญแจไขชีวิต

รักษาจิต คือรักษาตน

รักษาอารมณ์ ที่สับสน

ไม่ปล่อยใจตน วิ่งวนขาดสติ

ใจสบาย กายก็คลายด้วย

ของกล้วยๆ รูปสวยรวยทรัพย์

เมื่อใจสบาย ขยาย มีอานุภาพ

ดูดทรัพย์ และป้องกันสรรพภัย

ใจสบาย เมื่อหยุดใจไว้ในตน

แต่คนทั้งหลาย ไม่คุ้นเคย

เหมือนปลาอยู้ในน้ำ สะเบย

 ทุกข์จนเคย อยู่ภายนอก

หมั่นตัดอารมณ์ ที่ถาโถมสู่ใจ

ทำเฉยๆไว้ ไม่ใส่ใจ ถ้าไม่จำเป็น

กรองอารมณ์ได้ ไร้ทุกข์เข็ญ

ใจสงบเย็น เช่นนิพพาน

ใจสงบเย็น เป็นต้นทาง

ทางสายกลาง สุขสมปราถนา

ทางสมบัติ แน่นขนัด สมบัตินาๆ

ใจสงบเย็นนี่หละ สมบัติมาง่ายๆ

ใจสงบเย็น รักษาไม่เว้น สม่ำเสมอ

ไม่เผลอใจ ชำเลืองดูไปเรื่อยๆ

คู่กับกิจวัตร น่าประหลาด ไม่มีเมื่อย

ไม่มีเฉื่อย กลับมีสติ ดีกับงาน

ถึงเวลาปฏิบัติธรรม ใจนำร่อง

ใจอร่องฉ่อง สดใส

เพียงตรึกและแตะ ยิ่งสบาย

เข้าถึงธรรมอำไพ ไม่ยาก

ถ้าใจไม่สบาย ยากหลายสมาธิ

จะมีปัญหา ตึงและฟุ้ง

อีดอัดขัดข้อง เป็นกระบุง

ตึงฟุ้งนี่หละ ปัญหาชีวิต

ใจสบายเป็นหลักใหญ่สำคัญ

จำให้มั่น สูเจ้า เหล่าอยากปฎิบัติ

ปฎิบัติจนตาย ก็ไม่อาจ

รู้ให้ชัด สติสบาย สม่ำเสมอ และสังเกต

พิจารณาดูให้ดี

ชีวิตนี้ อยู่ได้ ด้วยการให้

เมื่อไม่ให้ ก็ไม่ได้

ซังกะตาย กระเสือกกระสน

ใครคิดได้ เข้าใจได้

ไม่ใช่คนธรรมดา

เรียกว่า มีปัญญา

มีเมตตากรุณา ในจิตใจ

มีชีวิตแช่มชื่นอยู่เย็น

เป็นดังเช่น ต้นไม่ใหญ่ ในป่าใหญ่

มีต้นไม้ใหญ่น้อย คอยต้านภัย

สุขสบาย ในท่ามกลางหมู่ญาติ

ผู้ที่จะให้ได้

จะมีน้ำใจ สี่อย่าง

อย่างที่หนึ่งมีศรัทธา ตั้ง

ปริจาคะ จึงประดัง บำเพ็ญทาน

อย่างที่สอง ปฏิการะ

มีกตัญญุตา จึงให้

ซาบซึ้งในพระคุณใหญ่

ถวายไท้ได้ แม้ชีวิต

อย่างที่สาม นามอนุเคราะห์

มีใจชอบพอ รักใคร่

มีความรัก เห็นอกเห็นใจ

เห็นใครทุกข์อยู่ไม่ได้ ลงไปช่วยเหลือ

อย่างที่สี่ มีใจสงเคราะห์

ไม่ต้องขอ แต่อยากให้

แสดงความมีน้ำใจ

กว้างขวางยิ่งใหญ่ ไท้คือร่มโพธิ์ทอง

คนดีมีปัญญาจึงชอบให้
ขยันอดทนได้ ไม่ผิดศีลธรรม
เดินตามเส้นทางบุญ บุญค้ำ
ส่วนคนพาลตกต่ำ ถลำลึก

Life is so dangerous

beyond imaginable.

It's so hard, to escape

from suffering realms.

Like as, crabs caught

to climb across bridge

of bamboo streak,

which is utmost impossible.

Asset could assault,

 if used

without wisdom.

Asset acquired by our own labor,

but could not be used

unsuitable.

Asset consumed,

must be at needing.

It's naturally assigned,

as likely as, food consumed for

sanitation, could not more or less.

Asset could not kept inert,

is as food consumed in

and excreted out soon,

otherwise, be troubled.

The old asset flows out,

and the new asset flows in,
stream liked.

The asset left over, to be used
to Perfections creation,
could not do any thing else,
otherwise go to low realms,
the law of action and consequence.

The asset could not be used
in playing, even though
it's ours.
It's as good medicine must
be used along instruction.
Even though, it's your mouth,
but you could not eat
as you like.

Asset must be used
utmost economically,
and utmost beneficially,
targeting to eradicate
sensual desire,
otherwise being problematic,
of hazardous sensual desire.

Asset economical is
for Perfections creation.
It's the top duty of asset.
Asset uneconomical is
so dangerous unimaginably,
creatures assaulted to low realms.

The most duty of
body form qualification,
is also for Perfections creation,
and duty necessitated with honesty.

Sport is magic medicine,
to solve the heap
of Kilesa/defilement,
for supporting humanity,
and enhancing endurance,
to escape suffering realms.

Qualification possessed,
could not be without wisdom,
consideration
must be recognized,
not hurry to justify,
before proving.

An intellectual
would be confident
in Triple Gems,
chant habitually,
and utmost traveling Middle Path.

บวชมาร้อยปี ยังไหว้ 

ภิกขุชาย

ที่บวชได้ เพียงวันเดียว

อัศจรรย์หลาย

อจินไตย จริงเจียว

เพียงบวชได้ หน่อยเดียว

แต่เก็บเกี่ยวบุญ ได้มากมาย

ว่าตามหลัก

เพียงห่มผ้าสีกลัก เท่านั้น

แต่พระ สุดจะสำคัญ

นี่แหละท่าน ธรรมนั้นยิ่งใหญ่นัก

 โลกเลื่อนลั่น

ในวันประสูติ พระพุทธองค์

เหมือนวางของหนักลง

มั่นคงไม่พอ ก็สะท้าน

บวชพระ

ไม่ธรรมดา ประพฤติพรหมจรรย์

สลัดบ่วงมาร

อันสำคัญ ที่ยากยิ่ง

ไม่เสพเมถุน

ไม่วุ่นเรื่องโลก ช่างยากนัก

ด้วยเป็นปลัก

บ่อโคลนดูด สุดที่จัก ขัดขืน

แปลกยิ่งนัก

จีวรสีกลัก จักเป็นชุด สุดท้าย

ถ้าไม่ได้ ก็จักตาย

และวนไป ในวัฏฏสงสาร

ในวัฏฏะฯสุขน้อยยิ่ง

เพียงหิงห้อย

เทียบทุกข์มหันต์ คล้ายตะวันลอย

แต่ลืมจ้อย เมื่อเกิดใหม่ ในโลกมนุษย์
